CETOP General Assembly 2021

The annual CETOP General Assembly will take place on 10 June 2021. The event will this year again be held as a web conference due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
Member associations can inform themselves about the current CETOP topics, e.g. European and global market data.
The CETOP General Assembly will also provide a good overview of the economic situation in Europe. Many countries will report on the situation and prospects of fluid power.

HPKON - National Hydraulics Pneumatics Congress and Exhibition which is organizing by Hannover Fairs Turkey and Chamber of Mechanical Engineers was planning to held on 18-21 November 2020 is postponed to 17-20 November 2021, considering that it would not be appropriate to physically come together due to the ongoing COVID-19 / Sars-CoV-2 epidemic in the world.
Prioritizing the health of all exhibitors and visitors, the organizers of HPKON wish to come together in a healthier and more comprehensive exhibiton next year.

The European initiative concerning the SCIP database

CETOP supports an important European Initiative. It is about some implementation issues within the EU Waste Framework Directive (WFD), specifically the Substances of Concern in Products (SCIP) database.

A joint letter has been sent to Mrs. van der Leyen, signed by 40 European associations, including CETOP.
